N.B. - VAT exemption is allowed only for Italian participants who are employed in a Public Administration (i.e. University), those people must registered by following a different REGISTRATION FORM for PUBLIC EMPLOYEES. Please read carefully the registration procedures below.
Requirements for Inclusion of the Papers in the Conference Programme
It is required that you or one of your co-authors register, pay any applicable registration fees for that conference, attend, and present the paper to your fellow conference attendees. Therefore, we require the following:
- Each paper accepted for inclusion in the conference programme requires at least one author to be registered to present the paper. Papers that do not have a presenting author registered with the required fee received before June 4th, 2016 will NOT be included in the conference programme and will NOT be included in the conference proceedings.
- Registered Authors can present a second paper at no additional cost.
- Presentation of a third paper by the same author will NOT be allowed (i.e. a different co-author must register).
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Registration shall be done only by using the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM.
A DIFFERENT FORM shall be used only for the Italian participants who are employed in a Public Administration (i.e. University) and for which their Administration will pay the registration fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION will be sent exclusively by e-mail and will be sent along with the related INVOICE only after the payment is received and confirmed by the bank.
STUDENT REGISTRATION will be accepted only if a copy of a valid student card or a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is uploaded in the on line registration form at the time of the registration.
REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
Payment of the registration fees must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.

Bank charges are the responsability of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration
Payments done by BANK TRANSFER must be certified with the copy of the receipt of the bank to be upload in the registration form.

Once filled the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM in the THANK YOU PAGE pleaese click on the FEE choosen and you will redirect in a security site for payments. Follow the instruction for the on line payment.
IMPORTANT! To complete the on-line payment in English you must click on the English flag on the top left of the payment page!
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be notified to the Administrative Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it).
Registration fee will be refunded as follows:
Before JUNE 20th, 2016 - 80%
After JUNE 20th, 2016 - no refund will be made
Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.
No shows will not receive the refund.
The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
VERY IMPORTANT: ONLY FOR ITALIAN PEOPLE EMPLOYED IN A PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
Vengono considerati tutti coloro che lavorano presso una Pubblica Amministrazione (strutturati, dottorandi, assegnisti, ricercatori, etc...).
Il dipendente pubblico che procederà alla registrazione e per il quale il proprio ente provvederà al pagamento della quota di iscrizione dovrà:
- utilizzare un FORM DI REGISTRAZIONE dedicato
- obbligatoriamente compilare tutti i campi indicando gli estremi della persona referente dell'ufficio Amministrativo/Formazione, Codice Univoco o IPA, eventuale CIG e/o CUP
- richiedere l'eventuale esenzione IVA e riportare il numero dell'articolo di Esenzione da riportare in fattura (da chiedere alla propria amministrazione)
- richiedere alla propria amministrazione il Buono d'ordine o l'Ordine di Acquisto o il mandato di pagamento da caricare on-line nel form attraverso l'apposito campo
- fornire i riferimenti del Consorzio Futuro in Ricerca alla persona referente la quale dovrà contattare l'amministrazione per comunicare i dati mancanti necessari all'emissione della FATTURA ELETTRONICA e ricevere l'importo esatto della quota da pagare
- omettere il pagamento, in quanto sarà cura del proprio Ente dopo aver ricevuto la Fattura Elettronica
