REGISTRATION TO ECBB 2010
REGISTRATION FEES
Prices are given in Euros and include:
- PARTICIPATION TO THE SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
- PRINTED or ELECTRONIC PROGRAMME AND ABSTRACTS BOOK
- CERTIFICATE of ATTENDANCE
- WELCOME RECEPTION
- COFFEE, LUNCH and TEA BREAKS for the three days of the conference

* Taxes (VAT 20%) are included.
** The buffet dinner will inclde several vegetarian dishes.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Payment of registration fees and social dinner must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD. Details will be available on the payment page.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be communicated to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it), fax (+39 0532 767347) or regular mail (please see Congress Secretariat's address below).
Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
- Before June 16th, 2010 - 90% refund
- After June 16th, 2010 only name substitution will be possible at the cost of Euro 30,00.
Dates refer to receipt of the cancellation notice.
No shows will not receive a refund.
The Congress Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
REGISTRATION
Registration can be done by using the ON-LINE FORM or by filling the REGISTRATION FORM and mailing it to the CONGRESS SECRETARIAT at convegni@unife.it or faxed to +39 0532 767347 (Attn: Ufficio Convegni).
IMPORTANT! To complete the on-line payment in English you must click on the English flag on the top left of the payment page!
Student registration will be accepted only if a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is sent to convegni@unife.it or faxed to 0039 0532 767347 (Attn: Ufficio Convegni) at the time of the registration.
